Fritz Auto Body Services

To our Community and Customers,

Due to recent events regarding Covid-19, all of us at Fritz Auto Body are taking the necessary steps and precautions in protecting our customers and staff. Some of you may not be aware that our small business is still operating as an essential business. We intend to remain Open, but for the safety of our staff and clients, we are following the special guidelines and protocols put into place by our Governor.

Normally you would not need to make an appointment for an estimate, but due to recent events, we are requesting you call ahead so our estimator can be prepared to meet you outside for a no-contact experience. We have a key dropbox, and upon dropping your car off for repair, your car will be wiped down/sanitized prior to the job, including the key.

The same protocol follows when your vehicle is ready for pick up, along with our free interior detail we have always offered, that has not changed. For your convenience and safety, once we are completely finished with your vehicle, all door handles, steering wheels, keys, shifters, lighting controls, etc, are all disinfected and sanitized.

Your safety, and our employee’s safety, is of utmost importance. We are capable of making this a safe and contactless process for you as possible.

We accept all major insurances, and we still offer free loaner cars while your vehicle is being repaired. Those of which have also gone through a lengthy sterilization process. Any questions you may have, please feel free to give us a call. We are open Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, and Saturday 9 am-noon.

We are all in this together, and we appreciate this wonderful community and your business during this pandemic.

Stay safe and be well,

Mike & Dave Fritz
